Description: Concesiones de acuicultura es el acto administrativo mediante el cual el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional otorga a una persona los derechos de uso y goce, por el plazo de 25 años renovables sobre determinados bienes nacionales, para que ésta realice en ellos actividades de acuicultura, sobre recursos hidrobiológicos. Puede recaer en áreas de playa de mar, terrenos de playa fiscales, porciones de agua y fondo, rocas y ríos navegables por buques de más cien toneladas de registro grueso o extensiones que estén afectadas por las mareas. Estos previamente deben haber sido decretados como áreas aptas para el ejercicio de la acuicultura por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional. La fuente corresponde a las solicitudes ingresadas a trámite en el Servicio Nacional de Pesca y Acuicultura por personas naturales o jurídicas. Los procesos realizados son la regularización cartográfica referida al datum WGS-84, que comprendió el traspaso desde cartografía con y sin referencia geodésica, generando un nuevo juego de coordenadas para las concesiones de acuicultura otorgadas y/o en trámite georreferenciadas en la nueva cartografía de áreas apropiadas para el ejercicio de la acuicultura modificadas por Decreto de la Subsecretaría para las Fuerzas Armadas (SSFFAA) La escala de referencia espacial es a nivel nacional
